Subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery. Unless otherwise specified, delivery is free. For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers The Provider will deliver via Post Office.

The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User’s chosen delivery address in the same good order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery usually takes place within 1 week.

Is there a delivery charge?

All deliveries are done within South Africa only. We currently do not deliver outside of South Africa. Deliveries are Free for orders of ZAR1000 or more. For orders less than ZAR1000, a flat rate of R100 will be applicable. The delivery charge is displayed when you view your cart before checkout.

Can the courier call before delivery?

Unfortunately our couriers don’t call before delivering. However, as soon as we dispatch your order we will send you an email with the tracking details so that you can track the delivery progress online. If the couriers were unable to deliver on their first attempt they will phone you to arrange a suitable time.

How can I track my order?
